Since 1993 the continued growth of non-bank lenders in the Financial Markets has provided borrowers the benefit of cheaper interest rates and improved product features.

Synergy Home Loans Directors have had the benefit of working in the non bank lending industry since its inception, developing an acute understanding of the needs of mortgage introducers and borrower’s requirements.

We continue to source the best available products in the market, whilst acknowledging the critical importance of the after care management of loans until they mature.

Our systems, and availability of access to loan files, for both introducers and borrowers at any time are “state of the art technology”.

Synergy Home Loans is based in the regional centre of Launceston, the location of the Telstra B-eLab Broadband Project, and chosen location for some of the nation’s key customer service entities (e.g. Qantas, Telstra, and Westpac call centres etc.). This regional centre is at the forefront of technological advancement in the country and ensures Synergy has access to the latest technology, experienced staff and services available.
