How do I access my loan account?

Once your loan has been approved and settled you will be provided with details of how to view and transact on your loan account. Transaction facilities include processing redraws and depositing of one-off payments. You will be issued an access number and a password to utilise this facility.

The Loan Access System may be used via 24 hour internet access or touch tone telephone. You may also contact Synergy Home Loans during office hours for assistance with redraws or general loan servicing queries.
